IT sector startups to compete with their projects (video)
On June 25 for the third time a competition for the IT sector startups will be held in Yerevan. According to the words of Director of Microsoft Innovation Center Artashes Vardanyan, the interest towards the competition is increasing year by year. “During the whole period of the competition more than 150 startups applied to us, but this year more than 50 and 12 of them were selected. Already on June 25 they will get a chance to present their project to the jury, and the winner will leave for Switzerland next year in order to present its project to the investors of that country.” Seedstars World is an international competition of startups for developing markets and fast developing entrepreneurial ecosystems. It is a bridge between investors and newly created startups. The competition in Yerevan is organized with the joint efforts of Microsoft Innovation Center, Enterprise Incubator Foundation and IBM Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center at American University.
