Air France pilot strike affects Paris-Yerevan flights

Pilots of Air France airlines have declared strike since June 11, demanding to increased salaries and improve their working conditions. The official website of the airlines issued a statement, which runs as follows: “Further to the call for strike action issued by several airline pilot unions, for the period from June 11 to 14, 2016, our flight schedule operated by Air France is disrupted. Please note that Air France flights operated by an aircraft of other airlines, including HOP, KLM and Delta, are not affected by this strike. For today, Tuesday June 14, we plan to operate around 85% of our long haul flights, around 80% of our domestic flights, and around 75% of our medium-haul flight to and from Paris - CDG. Our flight program for June 14 is up to date. Last minute disruptions are not excluded. Our operations is planned to resume on June15 and minor disruptions may occur, due to legal and operational constraints. Our flight program for June 15 is updated. The Armenian office of Air France states that they aren’t authorized to give a comment whether Yerevan-Paris flights have been postponed or not.
