Large-scale military operations were planned by Azerbaijan in advance, says Artsrun Hovhannisyan
Spokesman for Armenia’s Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan says they have presented military attaches of foreign embassies accredited in Armenia the documents of the crew members of a downed Azerbaijani helicopter. “The documents show clearly that the military helicopter was sent to the frontline from Baku with clear instructions and definite targets. This is yet another proof that the large-scale military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan on the Line of Contact were planned in advance and were far from being small-scale offensive operations,” Mr Hovhannisyan said in a Facebook post.
