They have turned Yerevan into a small plot of land, say residents (video)
The newly-constructed building at 106/1 Nalbandyan street in Yerevan deprives the residential neighborhood of sunlight. “The construction is illegal and this is not the first time that we are witnessing such a thing,” said Artem Ghazaryan, one of the residents. Hamlet Garsevanyan, the man in charge of the construction, says the complaints are unfounded. “Come here early in the morning and stay until late at night to see whether the building deprives people of sunlight,” he said. “The construction started in 2011 by Avag Shin construction company which demolished and clean out about 16 garages and small cottages. “This is sheer enormity. They have turned Yerevan into a small plot of land,” said Artem Ghazaryan.
