St. Demirchyan knows what to do so that “neighborhood hooligans don’t dare to frighten electors” (video)
“There were mass falsifications during December 6 referendum completing the list of falsified elections and referendums. And now the regime promises such Electoral Code, which will rule out electoral fraud. But people understand very well that the problem isn’t in the Electoral Code, but in the power, which uses the whole state machine in order to falsify elections,” said the Armenian National Congress (HAK) lawmaker Stepan Demirchyan from the NA rostrum. The politician knows how to restore the confidence of the people in the electoral processes, “First of all impunity must be removed from our country; no official will dare to abuse his position, the neighborhood hooligans won’t dare to frighten electors. The suggestions raised by the opposition must be included in the Electoral Code, in particular, to clean the voter lists,” highlighted Mr. Demirchyan.
