S. Ohanyan: “Our Army fulfills its duty in an excellent way”
Today Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan also visited Yerablur Military Pantheon. First he congratulated on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army and called upon for doing everything possible together with the Army in order to become a nationwide army to ensure the security of the people, “It is symbolic that today we first visit Yerablur Memorial to congratulate our military friends. On hearing their names we shudder, puddle pain and heroism and make it pride in our military friends and army, and then make hard and make it responsibility for not making mistakes anymore.” According to the words of Mr. Ohanyan the combat readiness of our army lets us tell that we have interoperable, competitive and victorious army, “Every day it fulfills its duty in our borders, Artsakh and Line of Contact in an excellent way.” According to the words of Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, during the years of independence we have been able to have a structure, which encourages Armenians; it is Armenian Army, “We can really be proud of it, as our achievement is very big and ensures independence and security of our state, our homeland and the 2nd republic.” As for the optimization of the Government, Hovik Abrahamyan replied, “We have decided to speak about army.” The NA President Galust Sahakyan spoke very little today. To the remark whether he didn’t want to say any congratulatory words, he answered, “Everybody must say words of gratitude.” We tried to speak to Taron Margaryan, but he said that he couldn’t as he must have met and accompanied Serzh Sargsyan.
