Constitutional Court did not accept application to annul Dec. 6 referendum (video)
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia today refused to accept the application of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) and the Civil Observer Initiative to annul the results of the December 6 constitutional referendum. “With its decision, the Constitutional Court closed the door to having a country based on democracy and European value system,” Tigran Yegoryan, a member of the Europe in Law Association NGO, told A1+. He added that the Court did not present any grounds for any grounds for rejecting the application.
