Armenian professional boxer Arthur Abraham got married to a student. WBO World Champion announced it during today’s press conference, “I got married 6 months ago. My wife studies at Yerevan State University. It is difficult for both of us, as I spend much time on trainings and I still lead a sports life and it is very difficult for me and my wife.” Arthur Abraham again confirmed that he is going to be involved in sport for two more years and then he will quit sport. Our compatriot intends to defeat all his future rivals and end the career with victories. Yet Arthur Abraham’s biggest dream has no connection with sport, “The biggest dream of my life is having three children. If God gives me a son, definitely I won’t let him go in for boxing, as it is very difficult, hard and cruel sport.” The next rival of Arthur Abraham is Mexican super middleweight contender Gilberto Ramirez, “At present I don’t know anything about my rival. When I am on vacation, I am trying not to think about the upcoming match. When I start training for that match, then I will examine my rival, watch his matches with my coach in order to find out strong and weak sides.” Though Arthur Abraham is very busy and is far from Armenia, he is still interested in the Armenian boxing, unlike another professional boxer Vik Darchinyan, who has recently announced that he isn’t interested in what is happening to that sport in Armenia, “As a boxer I must be interested in our boxing. I did my first steps here. At present the situation in the Armenian boxing isn’t so bad. Though we are a little state, we always win medals in different competitions and even Germany with the population of 80 million is not able to do it,” summed up the famous boxer.
