Reality Show: Follow Yes and No supporters during live broadcasts (video)
A new, unique TV project called “Yes and No” starts in Armenia on November 12. Sixteen politicians and public figures, supporters of “Yes” and “No” campaign, will travel to Armenian marzes to hold debates, discussions and meetings with locals. Two groups have been formed, each of which includes 8 members from each camp. The first group will visit villages and towns in northern regions, the other will travel to southern marzes. Each group will try to convince local citizens why they should vote in favour or against the constitutional changes. Leaving aside their personal life they will visit a new community every day, meet a new audience, sit at the same table breaking bread together … In short, it will be a kind of reality show. Our viewers can follow each step of politicians and public figures. During the program, they will also present their views from the same platform. The participants will not rely on political rhetoric; they will speak to people in a clear and understandable language. Representatives of rival teams will be under the same roof for 20 days. The participants will be informed about their destinations and teammates on November 12, during a press conference arranged an hour before their departure. Meetings and discussions will be broadcast live every day from November 13 to December 2 (from 11: 00am to 11: 00pm). The program is launched jointly by ArmNews and A1+ and will be broadcast by both companies. Also, an agreement has been reached with regional TV companies which will rebroadcast the programs.
