Armenian chess players in the lead of Isle of Man International Chess Tournament
Armenian chess players Gabriel Sargissian, Hrant Melkumyan and Sergei Movsesian are playing confidently at the Isle of Man International Chess Tournament. After four rounds, the Armenian GMs had three wins, tied one round each and are among the leaders with 3.5 points. Karina Hambartsumova came 86th with one point. In Round 5, Gabriel Sargissian will face GM Laurent Fressinet. Sergei Movsesian and Hrant Melkumyan will compete with Pentala Harikrishna (India) and David Howell (UK) respectively.
