Hovik Hayrapetyan is the third in Batumi
“Batumi Municipality Cup-2015″ open tournament ended in Georgia. At the main tournament from 15 representatives from Armenia GM Hovik Hayrapetyan performed more successfully, who scored 6 points out of 9 possible and with the additional showing took the second prize. He scored only 0.5 point less than the winner of the tournament, Ukrainian Alexander Bortnyuk. By the way, the latter in the last round defeated our chess player, International Master Arman Mikayelyan, who had headed the rankings before that. Our only chess player at the tournament, FIDE master Maria Gevorgyan scored 3 points and took the 41th place.
