Valeri Osipyan: Do you want to play with water?
A short while ago, a Ukrainian journalist approached Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police Valeri Osipyan and asked him about his earlier statement that the police will try ‘to restore public order’ on Baghramyan Avenue after 11pm and all lawbreakers will be made accountable. Mr Osipyan first said in Russian that he had not said such a thing and his words had been misinterpreted, then he promised to give an interview to the journalist. After leaving the Ukrainian journalist, the deputy chief of police said in Armenian, “Do you want to play with water in order to sober up?”
