Arthur Baghdasaryan joins “Romela”. “Marine”, “Haykandukht” and others (video)
Short time ago the first gathering of “Armenian Renaissance” social-political union has been launched. The idea of creating a union belongs to the President of the Rule of Law Party (OEK) Arthur Baghdasaryan: here “Romela”. “Marine”, “Haykandukht”, “Javakhetsi” and “United Armenians” audit unions were joined. Today heads of these unions signed the list of unification. Before the gathering the OEK President Arthur Baghdasryan assured by answering the journalists’ questions that they don’t want to become a leader in the opposition. Touching upon the name of the union and the remark that in the Diaspora there is an institution with the same name, which has expressed dissatisfaction with the name of the OEK’s initiative, Baghdasaryan assured that he has heard of such an institution for the first time and says that it is normal that in the Diaspora there can be many institutions which he isn’t aware of. As to the name, it was his old idea, he thought about it long ago and the selection of the name isn’t accidental.
