Bako Sahakyan signed a decree
President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing major-general Armen Ghahramanyan from the post of the first deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army in connection with assuming another position, informs Artsakh Republic President’s staff. We remind that yesterday according to Serzh Sargsyan’s decree Armen Ghahramanyan was appointed chief of the RA Defense Ministry’s Military Institute after Vazgen Sargsyan.
