“If there is a chance, why not to use it”: Dashnaktsutyun member
Dashnaktsutyun joins the idea of changes, creates conditions, all use those conditions and then they curse Dashnaktsutyun. We will initiate consultations with intellectuals, different social groups. Today announced Dashnaktsutyun party head Armen Rustamyan by stressing, “See who are in the government, Dashnaktsutyun is on the last place.” Explaining their vision on the constitutional reforms, he said, “We have restricted the powers of Prime Minister and he can’t repeat the same as today the President does. More people will take part in the decision-making. We can’t exclude forgeries, as there are forgeries even in America. After these reforms the authorities become weaker, we expand the opportunity for opposition fight.” Armen Rustamyan thinks that there isn’t any political power which doesn’t want to come to the power, “We have been in that government. Today Dashnaktsutyun can’t be together with the authorities, which don’t correspond to our ideas. If we want, we can join the coalition even today. We don’t see certainty even among the opposition. If they don’t say what they want to change, their coming to the power is dangerous.” Turning to Dashnaktsutyun member Ara Nranyan’s taking a post in the EEU, Aghvan Vardanyan commented, “If there is a chance, why not to use it?”
