The doors of “Artsakhbank” are closed: deceived residents are outside
Today the residents deceived by “Tonus” have gathered in front of “Artsakhbank” Sayat-Nova branch. They are demanding a meeting with the bank owner, but the doors of the bank are closed at the moment and only few people are let in, who enter bank for transaction. Until now no one has approached them. We remind that it is already 10 years that these people have been deprived of their flats, haven’t got flats, which were promised to them and have paid money in advance.
