Workbooks to be eliminated? (video)
More amendments are expected to be introduced to the Armenian Labour Code. Since its adoption in 2004, the Labour Code has been amended 17 times. Who needs these changes? And who will win as a result: employers or employees? Head of the Department of Labour and Employment of the Armenian Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs says the amendments are aimed at maintaining equilibrium. This time the amendments will lead to the elimination of workbooks. Their presence does not help employers or employees.
