Proposal- to release from prosecution the young, who escaped from army
The RA Government approved the draft law on “Amendments in the “law on the citizens, who escaped from the compulsory military service by violating the regulation”, which suggests regulating the issue of releasing from prosecution thousands of Armenian citizens as well as to ensure their return to the homeland.
