Two sides declare halt to hostilities
Today as of 12:00 the two sides have agreed to put a halt to the fire along the entire Line of Contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijan, as at the moment negotiations are underway in Vienna.

“Minsk Group must say who is responsible”
To note, today the meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs is expected in Vienna. In this context Mr Markarov highlighted that besides calling on the sides to stop the fire, the Co-chairs must make targeted statements on who is responsible for all this.
