Homeless families even weren’t given a promise (video)
In Gyumri there is only a state project for 430 homeless families from 4000 living in awful conditions. There is no project for more than 3500 homeless families and it is even unknown if they will ever have houses or not. There are many families among them, which have small children and have never seen stone-built and comfortable flats. The video of “Shirak Center” is about Ruzanna taking care of three young boys alone. That family also lives in the temporary and destroyed house and it is not included in the waiting list for getting a flat.
