“Specialized lawyers were few in Armenia”
Armenian lawyers will specialize in refugees rights field. In the future the Chamber of Advocates together with the UN will arrange courses for them “To be honest, it is a rather difficult field, I got acquainted by myself, it is a very difficult field and requires special professional knowledge. It requires knowledge of private international law to work personally with the people of that category,”- Advocates school director Nikolay Baghdasaryan told “A1+”. According to him, the group will include 15 advocates. There will be 3-4 courses each year and they will last 1-2 days. Mr. Baghdasaryan regrets to say that specialized advocates are few in Armenia, though refugees are much more in Armenia than in Russia.
