State's support is directed at the employee, not the employer - Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia receives letters stating that some employers "urge" their employees to withdraw the money received within the framework of the 8th Event Measurement of Economic Reversal (employees in the affected areas) and give it to employers.

We would like to remind you once again that only employees, not employers, can benefit from this event. In other words, the state's support is directed at the employee, not the employer.

Once again, the money transferred in the name of a specific employee belongs exclusively to that person. There is no obligation to share the money, in part or in full, to transfer it to a second person.
