Precipitations to continue till the end of June
Precipitation is expected in Armenia, mainly in northern regions, till the end of June, says Zaruhi Petrosyan, Head of the Operative Hydro-Meteorological Center of Armenian Hydromet Service.
She says the temperature will not be too high in summer. There won't be abundant precipitation either. Although seasonal forecasts are ambiguous, Zaruhi Petrosyan says the service made correct forecasts for 2012.
"Let us hope that this year we shall again have a beautiful summer," she said.
The temperature at Ararat valley stood at +34-+35 on June 14. However, rainfalls accompanied by a drop in temperatures, are expected in the country on June 17-18.
