Armenian PM receives war veterans
Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has received a group of Karabakh war veterans pursuant to his promise.
Talking to A1+ Ishkan Sargsyan, Chairman of Shoushi 92 union of Karabakh war veterans (freedom fighters), said in the morning the premier received five veterans and discussed with them [for about two hours] their concerns.
"Tigran Sargsyan was unaware of some issues, others surprised him," he said.
The premier promised to answer them within a month. Until then the veterans are going to continue their protests.
Ishkan Sargsyan was hurrying to tell the news to his fellow friends who have been staging a sit-in at Liberty Square for three days, demanding improvement of social conditions for themselves and their comrades, including increase in pensions, free access to public transport and 50% discount on utility bill payments.
