New villages affected by hail in Armenia

Hailstorms have caused more damages to villages in Armenia, arousing serious concerns among rural residents.

On May 31, gardens and fields of several villages in Vayots Dzor province have been damaged as a result of hail.

The governor of the province has been informed about it. A commission will be set up to calculate the amount of damage.
Earlier in May, hailstorms damaged about 46 villages in Armavir and a number of communities in Aragatsotn, Lori and Tavush provinces.
