Armenian medicines have 7% share
Health Minister Derenik Dumanyan's meeting with the directors of famous German pharmaceutical company "STADA" was aimed at increasing the availability of medicines in Armenia.
During the meeting Derenik Dumanyan said that only 7% of medicines in Armenian market are produced in Armenia, all the rest are imported. The problem of providing people with available medicines is an important one, according to the minister, and thus the initiative of the German country is urgent.
Derenik Dumanyan presented the members of the council of "STADA" the wide-scale programs which are realized in the sphere of oncology and expressed hope that the results of the cooperation with the German company will be seen in the near future.
