Man attempts suicide in Vanadzor city
On May 15, at around 07.07 a.m., a call was received that a citizen of Armenia's Vanadzor city was trying to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge.
A team of rescuers arrived on the site shortly afterwards to find that S. Hovhannisyan, 54, had thrown himself into the Tandzut River. The man was taken out of the river and taken to the Vanadzor Medical Center. Doctors say his condition is of average gravity.
