“They are out of their minds”
Though actor Sergey Danielyan has not seen the new staging of "Anush" opera, yet he does not accept the wave of complaints by some intellectuals.
He thinks that the letter to Serj Sargsyan about Serj Avetikyan's new production of the opera is just ridiculous.
"I wonder. Some actors like to speak about the legitimacy of the president, but they apply to him whenever there is occasion. Out of their minds are all those people who do not see anything but themselves, who think that it is normal to write a letter to president on that topic in XXI century", he said.
Sergey Danielyan wonders why one should apply to president for a piece of art, if the latter does not understand anything about it. "All presidents of the world go to theatre to sleep. They go, sleep there and leave the theatre. That is their limit of understanding art", the actor thinks.
Sergey Danielyan called for Serj Sargsyan not to accept that kind of letters seriously. "If you want to sleep, come to see a performance sometimes. Sleep and then go home. That is the limit of your attribution. More is not needed. You have so many problems, that if you solve 30% of them, I will be very glad and maybe I will vote for you next time", said Sergey Danielyan applying to Serj Sargsyan.
