2 envelopes, 2 ballot-papers and a criminal cas
On assignment from the prosecutor of Shengavit administrative district, a criminal case has been put into legal proceedings on the occasion of trying to double-vote in 11/32 precinct.
It has turned out, that on May 5, 2013, the resident of Shengavit Ghazar Mkrtchyan has gone to the 11/32 precinct and tried to double-vote. He had 2 envelopes each of which contained 1 signed ballot-paper. The voter could not vote as he was prevented from doing so by the president of the committee.
A criminal case has been put into action on the occasion, an investigation is being held. Police is finding out, how the voter could get 2 ballot-papers.
