Not subject to refund
One of the most suburban streets in Gyumri is Savoyan street, it also being the most ruined and impassable.
All along the street there are hundreds of cabins and there are still some half-ruined buildings left from 1988 earthquake.
It is not a secret, that those cabins are living place for the poorest families in Gyumri.
According to survey held by "Shirak" center, the surpassing majority of the families living in this largest cabin-block of Gyumri are not subject to house refund.
