Two injured in car crash near Sevan
Two people were injured as an Opel Sintra crashed into a VAZ-21011 on Sevan-Chambarak roadway in Armenia's Gegharkunik province on Sunday evening.
A fire broke out in the engine compartment of the Opel Sintra as a result of the crash that took place near Sevan" medical center. The fire was extinguished before the arrival of firefighters.
The driver of the Opel Sintra, Merujan Mkrtchyan (born in 1973) and passenger Narek Hovhannisyan (b. in 1992), were rushed to a Sevan hospital with different injuries.
Doctors describe their condition as satisfactory.
