Man strangled his girlfriend in Armenia
On April 9, at around 11.50 p.m., Hakob N. (born in 1970) went to the Police Ararat Department to report that he had strangled his girlfriend Anna Avetisyan (b. in 1984) during a quarrel near Urtsadzor village. After the murder he tried to commit suicide with a kitchen knife.
Hakob N. was taken to a Vedi hospital, where he was rendered medical aid.
