Rehearsal of oath-making ceremony in Yerevan?
The center of Yerevan is closed. There are police cars on Baghramyan Avenue. There are traffic jams. It is impossible to reach the center via that road; there is now way to find out from the police what the cause of the blockage is.
Maybe it is the rehearsal of oath-making ceremony of Serzh Sargsyan to be held on April 9.
