Armavia promises to refund for purchased tickets
Besides refunding passengers for the purchased tickets, Armavia Air Company does not have other obligations before the passengers. The company said it will transfer the money for tickets bought online within 14 working days. Transactions will be concluded starting April 11.
The company is not going to reimburse the passengers, who were forced to stay in hotels because of the cancelled flights.
On March 29, Armavia halted its flights and declared itself bankrupt. It is still unclear whether another company will replace the bankrupt company as the national carrier.
