Man arrested for stealing phone
Police officers of Shengavit police division have detained a 23-year-old man who supposedly stole a cell phone from his acquaintance.
During the interrogation, Hrach B. confessed that he had grabbed the cell phone when he visited the aforesaid acquaintance in February 2013.
Investigation is under way.
