Earthquake hits Iran, tremors felt in Armenia
A 4.3-magnitude earthquake hit 26 km west of the Iranian town of Ahar at around about 00.59 am Yerevan time. The force at the epicenter was measured 5-6 magnitude. The hypocenter was at the depth of 10km.
The earthquake was felt in Armenia's Meghri city were it measured 3 magnitude, reports the National Seismic Protection Service of Armenia.
