Electoral case was sent to court
At the polling station in Norashen village of Ararat province the case of the attempt to vote in the name of somebody else has been adopted to the proceedings of the judge of the Court of First Instance of Ararat and Vayots Dzor province Rubik Mkhitaryan.
Resident of Burastan village in Ararat province, born in 1979, Hermine Tarverdyan is charged of the fact that in 2013, on the February 18 presidential elections, in No. 17/31 polling station located in the village of Norashen, at about 17:00, taking the passport of a resident of the same village Janeta Geghamyan , without letting her know , entered the polling station informing the election commission member Artsrun Boyakhchyanin, that she had already been registered in the voters' list.
She was given a ballot and envelope; however at the moment when she was trying to mark in the ballot the election commission members noticed the crime and appealed to the corresponding forces.
