36 election violations under discussion
Based on the information about the election violations that have taken place during the pre-electoral campaign of the RA presidential elections, as of February 15, 36 cases have been discussed and are still under discussion, of which 2 issues have been prepared as an information subject to further verification and have been left without consequences for being unfounded.
According to police, a decision was made to reject the criminal case with 5 cases, materials are being prepared by the pre-trial investigation authorities with 29 cases, from which with 3 cases in the Special Investigation Service of RA. A criminal case was tried with 1 case, the investigation of which is conducted by the Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Security of RA.
