Surenyan Park to be a ground for appeal

Tomorrow, February 15, at 11:00 a.m. in the Court of First Instance of Arabkir and Kanaker - Zeytun (Hrachya Nersisyan St. 10) will be held the trial-case of Surenyan Park.
According to the plaintiffs the green zone was fenced and a large-scale construction was being planed to carry out, without organizing public hearings and without informing the residents.
Due to the local residents, the court decision will be in favor of the constructor on the basis of the falsified results of the expertise test.
They are going to appeal and are ready to fight till the end.
