Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with his Georgian counterpart Maia Panjikidze on Thursday evening to discuss the meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Georgia's Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili. The interlocutors also considered the opportunities to implement the agreements reached during the meeting of the two prime ministers.

The two officials reaffirmed that no problems exist in relations between the two countries; simply there are certain issues which are positively resolved by joint efforts. The foreign ministers reflected on regional and international issues of bilateral interest as well.

During the meeting, an arrangement was reached between the sides to continue the talks in February during Armenian official's visit to Georgia.

The Georgian FM recently announced that the Karabakh conflict can be resolved only within the framework of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
