Karen Shakhnazaryan appointed acting CEO of ArmenTel
The Financial Director of ArmenTel CJSC, Karen Shakhnazaryan, has been appointed acting Chief Executive Officer of the company, ArmenTel reports.
Karen Shakhnazaryan was born in Yerevan in 1965. After graduating from the Moscow Financial Academy in 1992, he began to work in Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, later in a number of Russian investment companies and banks. In 2007, he started to work in VimpelCom Group of Companies as Financial Director of ArmenTel.
Karen Shakhnazaryan is married and has two sons.
