Selim Mountain Pass close for traffic
Roads and highways in Armenia are mainly passable, reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
However, the Selim mountain pass is closed for traffic as of 8:30 Yerevan time.
Sarnaghbyur-Lanjik, Maralik-Gyumri, Ashtarak-Aparan roadways are difficult to pass due to the heavy snowstorm and poor visibility.
Road-cleaning activities are underway.
Georgian Interior Ministry's Emergencies Department reports that the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for buses with more than 30 seats.
