Money stolen from bank ATM in Armenia
AMD 29 000 000 were stolen from ARARATBANK branch in Gyumri on the night of Nov. 26. In the morning, the manager of the bank informed the local police that unknown people damaged the bank's ATM at night, stealing the money.
A criminal case has been filed under Article 3 (Part 1) of the Armenian Criminal Code.
On November 26, a similar crime was reported in the Akhuryan branch of Ardshininvestbank CJSC where burglars stole AMD 1 854 000 from the ATM.
Investigation is under way.
