Head of Staff dimissed
President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Major General Leva Mnatsakanyan from the post of the first deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army, head of the Staff in connection with assuming another position, Artsakh President's Press Office reports.
