New Prime Minister
On 11 September President Bako Sahakyan in accordance with Article 100, clause 1, paragraph 1.1 of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Constitution, presented the candidacy of Ara Haroutunyan to the National Assembly for obtaining the parliament's consent to appoint him head of the republic's Cabinet of Ministers.
