Prosecutor’s Office to be involved with psychological disturbances
With the purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of the RA Government's obligations stated in the Convention "On Transmission of Persons Suffering from Psychological Disturbances for Holding Compulsory Treatment", the Armenian government has appointed the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia as the competent body of the Republic of Armenia.
