“If Artak broke down, they wouldn’t have beaten him”
Representative of officer Artak Nazaryan's successor, advocate Ruben Martirosyan says the capsule was changed during the expert examination of the case related to the officer's death.
"There was no gunshot fired from Artak Nazaryan's gun. The needle in Artak Nazaryan's gun was removed. If only Artak had his gun with him...If Artak broke down, they wouldn't have beaten him. They wouldn't even have beaten him six hours later. They saw that he had lost consciousness, poured vodka in his mouth (that boy didn't drink), and then when he came back to his senses, they beat him again and then killed him," said Martirosyan.
