ArmBookExpo exhibition opens in Yerevan
Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended on April 21 the opening of the international exhibition ArmBookExpo at Cafesjian Center for the Arts.
The exhibition is initiated to mark the 500th anniversary of Armenian typography and as part of the project Yerevan World Book Capital 2012.
About 1800 books on Armenia and its people are put on display. The books were published in forty countries of the world.
The whole literature will be donated to the Armenian National Library. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Culture, National Association of Publishers and Cafesjian Center for the Arts.
