Genocide photos in Washington
The Armenian Genocide Museum of America has organized the opening of an exhibition called "Eyewitnesses of the Armenian Genocide" showcasing photos taken by German eyewitnesses of the Armenian Genocide.
The exhibition is being held at Lutheran Reformist Church located near Capitol Hill.
The photos are being exhibited for the first time after being forgotten for decades.
The photos show Armenian migrants during the deportations. Attached to the photos are the notes and memoirs of the photographers.
