Seyran Ohanyan in Karabakh
President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on April 6 received Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan.
During the meeting, issues related to army construction and cooperation between both Armenian states in the defense sphere were discussed, reports the NKR presidential press service.
